Visit to Mt Wilhelm transect can be organized through the New Guinea Binatang Research Centre (BRC), a research NGO based in Madang.

BRC can take care of all your needs, including transport and accommodation.

There is a radio connection between BRC and the Numba camp at 900 m asl. on the transect. Local mobile (Digicel) signal is available along most of the transect (suitable also for low speed internet access). BRC office has a 24 hour Digicel phone number for emergencies.
